1) Availability and prices The availability of paintings is subject to prior sale and has to be confirmed by e-mail prior to any payment. All prices are in Euro.
2) Reservation Reservation of a painting means priority to buy an available painting in period of 10 days after confirmed reservation request.
3) Preview of paintings Arrangements can be made for viewing of painting prior to sale.
4) Payment Payment is due upon purchase of painting.
5) Shipping Painting will be packaged professionally and shipped via courier (FedEx , UPS or DHL) worldwide at the expense of rubaspaintings.com. Any damage to painting or frame incurred during shipment is insured by rubaspaintings.com for the full value
6) Guarantee All purchases are guaranteed to be as described. All paintings including frames are in excellent condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the painting within 10 days for a refund reduced by the original shipping/insurance cost. Prior to returning a painting, contact Ladislav Rubas to make arrangements. Please retain original packaging in case painting is to be returned. Paintings must be shipped and insured by client for full value when being returned.
